Lords amendment: No. 70, in page 56, line 19, at end insert—

("() A person commits an offence if, for the purpose of resisting the making of an interim possession order, he—

  • (a) makes a statement which he knows to be false or misleading in a material particular; or
  • (b) recklessly makes a statement which is false or misleading in a material particular.")
