Dear Michael Adu­Gyamfi

As stated in my reply email to you yesterday it was stated in court about my son needing a 2 bedroom so that
someone can be with him with the family to look after him. which all the family have agreed to do.

I also wanted to understand something you wrote, you have said about the application for management transfer,
and I believe from what I am reading you complete this application, what I am not sure of is if once you have
completed it do you send it to me for agreement before it goes to the housing exceptions panel on the 17/08/2018
or d you just send it to them without me seeing it?

I would like to see the application before it goes to the housing exceptions panel on the 17/08/2018 so I can fully
go over it, and make any comments needed.

Following the hearing on 9 August and the request for Enfield council to assist Mrs Cordell to complete an
application for management transfer, I can confirm that an application for Mr Cordell’s case to be put forward
to the housing exceptions panel will be completed and sent via email to yourself for an agreement. The case
will be discussed at panel this Friday 17/08/2018. In the event Mr Cordell’s case is accepted he will be offered
a like for like property however we can’t stipulate when he will get an offer. I will update you as and when I
receive further information.
