Dear Trishna,
Mr Cordell called me at 11.49am and we spoke for about 3 minutes.
He was mumbling and said that he has seen my pictures on google and has information about my previous
works. He has some recordings of my voice and is going to display the recordings and my pictures on his
website. He made threats that he was going to report me, he’s aware I am a solicitor and alleged I was
committing corruption and fraud. He said that it was a shame he had to report me as I worked in the industry
for a long time, I had to end the conversation as he was becoming more threatening.
He also called my colleague Lemmy Nwabuisi afterwards, and was verbally abusive and made threats. He had
to end the conversation as well.
As you are aware the injunction is no longer in place, however this should not be a reason for Mr Cordell to
call me or other officers at the council and make threats. Can you please advise him that he ceases from
contacting me and my officers and ceases from making threats? If this carries on again we would be left with
no choice but to report him to the police.
Please confirm that your client has been informed of the above.
Kind regards,
Ludmilla Iyavoo
