I believe what we need as this is what we have just been told on the phone we need to do a
housing management transfer to be able to get this done as Simon should not need to fill out a new
housing application as he is already a tenant.

Could you please send me the link to the application form as I have been looking all day my brother
even went up to the civic centre and they could not give him a link they said there is not one.
I wanted to get this done as soon as possible and Enfield Council website is not great to use.
