We have been advised that the next Panel meeting will take place on Thursday
18/10/2018. The next deadline for submitting the management transfer
application therefore falls due on Monday 15/10/2018.

Please let me know whether Simon would like his application considered at the next
Panel meeting and that you would be able to submit the required medical report.
