Referral taken from Simon's Mother as the situation was discussed with Scott Kerr and
Helen Moorey and it was decided that the team would go and assess Simon at his home
address. Simon’s mother called in to say that he has kicked his father out of the house as
he heard him talking with staff from the hub and is now extremely paranoid towards him.
He thinks that he is teaming up with his mother against him. Simon's mother! expressed
that he is not a threat to anyone but himself. It was advised that two members of staff
carry out the assessment.
