been served and seeing the Memorandum of ENTRY, If this had been known then I would
have asked that the this be suspended until the appeal was heard in my appeal application.
We were only told by the court that 6 points and a fine had been given by the Judge and also
the letter the court sent shows this Please see letter included within this paperwork.
Can we still ask that the driving disqualification be suspended until the Appeal is heard.?
