I know the cuts are really bad and it has put many solicitors under a lot of pressure but this is
really making me il1 with worry, you also know how ill Simon is he is really not coping and I
don't know what to do any more could you please just take 15 mins to give me a full update
on this case please.

manage to chance up the Legal Aid?
And can I please get the case file so I know what I need to get I still don’t know if I need to
apply to The Royal London for Simon Medical Notes, as I don't know if the medical Notes
was ever got from there GPs

granted and the application was put in over 2 weeks ago I sure you would have known there
was an issue. Does the office not submit the legal aid applications online or by DX?
Time is running very low to get the information dealt with we still need information from the
public order unit, and other things addressed Josey there is going to be a lot of work to get his
ready for appeal for the 09/1 1/2015.

Legal Aid was sent in over two weeks ago as previously advised. If they have not received /
processed the form that is outside my control. Clearly you are not familiar with the workings
