Legal aid has not come in yet for Crown Court. Once it does, I will notify you. I am at court
at present. Can you please confirm any additional evidence you intend relying on do that I
can make arrangements to get it printed off?

I know the cuts are really bad and it has put many solicitors under a lot of pressure but this is
really making me ill with worry, you also know how ill Simon is he is really not coping and I
don't know what to do any more could you please just take 15 mins to give me a full update
on this case please.

apply to The Royal London for Simon Medical Notes, as if don't know if the medical Notes
was ever got from there GPs

legal Aid application they have got for the appeal. He said he needs a new one to be sent do
