This is not 2 sec of reading here it’s going to take hours to read it all. You are going to have
draft up the letter for this yourself to deal with it. and I agree there is a large amount of
information that is not correct, but the judge will say this can be gone over by cross. The
letter I am writing is only to show facts that is not going to give away your cross if the judge
does not allow it to be dismissed and a section to show why this should not go ahead if he
does not dismiss it. you have to remember one thing in all of this and that is while the trial is
ongoing, they can correct any errors they have made, remember that is why Andy Locke did
not say anything about trespass until he ends summing up to the judge. so, we have to be
careful here what we say and write, mum
