t/c I spoke with Simon's mother [she is not too well with bad back] because Simon will
not talk to me. Simon believes that since he met me, I caused him to be in hospital.
Mother informed me that Simon was working at the moment; she said he was doing his
own work Mother informed me that Simon's court case is on 17 Nov 2016 She said that
Simon wants to move from current property and will require support from EIP. He
believes that if he moves, he will not have the kind of problems he is going through. I
advised mother to ask Simon to apply to Housing and I added EIP will be willing give
supporting letter.
