Straight after he moved in, SC will come up to his
flat at least once a week to shout at him and
complain about loud banging from his flat and
knocking pipes. SC would accuse him of making
noise on purpose to wind him up and he will
always explain to him that it is not true, that he
does not make any banging noises inside his flat
and that he cannot explain why the pipes were
making knocking noises.
