I interviewed the Complainant. He reported that the issues
                 have been ongoing for about 18 months (He, his wife and
                 daughter have lived Burncraft Avenue in temporary
                 accommodation provided Waltham Forest DC for 2.5yrs).
                 Please see attached notes of interview - The complainant is
                 really frightened for his family - Mr Cordell is very
                 aggressive and has previously kicked him in the nose/face
                 and threatened to hit him with a piece of wood; his wife is so
                 scared that she accompanies him to work and waits in the car
                 with their daughter for his shifts
