Thurs 26/01/2017 - While in attendance at 117 Burncroft,
where we were attempting to resolve a low water pressure
issue, we were approached by the tenant of 109 Burncroft
the ground floor flat. He stated that there were problems
between him and the tenants of 117 without going into
specific details. I was with a private plumber who was
looking at the low water pressure problem at 117. We
explained the problem to the tenant from 109 who stated,
'you will riot solve the problem as I am restricting their
water supply!' obviously both myself and the plumber were
shocked at this statement. Despite thorough investigation to
the low water pressure problem we were unable to increase
the pressure. However, before leaving the site I knocked at
109 asking whether he would increase their pressure, he
stated 'I cannot do anything at the moment I will sort it out
later! Despite the attendance of Thames Water (twice), the
agent's plumber, my plumber and various sub-contractors
from Enfield Homes this matter remains unresolved.
