1. Mr Markandu Mathiyalagan, of Flat 117 Burncroft
Avenue, Enfield, EN3 7JQ make this statement believing it
to be true and understand that it may be placed before court.
Insofar as the content of this witness statement is within my
own personal knowledge it is true and insofar as it is not
within my personal knowledge it is true to the best of my
knowledge
I WILL SAY AS FOLLOWS
1. I am the tenant of Flat 117 Burncroft Avenue, Enfield,
EN3 7JQ. My flat is located two floors above the
Defendant’s. I live there with my wife and children. I have
been house to this Property with my family on
