the Defendant came out of his flat with his dog and attacked
Mr. Mathiyalagans cousin as he returned from work at
11:35pm. He reported that the Defendant punched his cousin
twice on the chest tried to push him out of the block and
snatched his mobile phone as he tried to record the incident.

28th June 2017
the Defendant confronted Mr. Mathiyalagans wife as she
was leaving the block at 11:45am, swore at her, shouted
abuse and accused her of making noise inside her flat. He
said to her that he knows all her personal details and that of
her -husband including their full names, date of birth, phone
numbers and bank details. The Defendant demanded that
they pay him some money and asked her to tell Mr.
Mathiyalagan to come and see him.

of similar aggressive and intimidating behaviour displayed
to Mr. Mathiyalagan was being experienced by another
tenant who wishes to remain anonymous because of fear of
reprisal from the Defendant.
21. Similarly, further case notes· exhibited at pages. 47-52
show that another tenant who wishes to remain anonymous
was being subjected to ·the Defendant’s anti-social
behaviour. She had to be moved from the block because of
the harassment from· the Defendant - and because she
suffered from mental health problems and was particularly
