I hope you had a good holiday; I did email you the below email when you were away, and
was wondering if there is any update, Simon called me today and is worried regarding the
court hearing and if he will need to attend. I know also he would like to see you or maybe
have a call with you before the court date. I was also wondering if there have been any
updates from Enfield Council as they should have by now given a bundle and was wondering
if anything new is in it.

Dear Trishna
Sorry I have not been in contract with you I have had many appointments that I could not
miss. Simon spoke to me today and he does want a meeting with you as soon as possible. I
cannot do Wednesday or Thursday this week but any other day would be fine if that is
possible with you before the next hearing in court. Simon also asked if there was any update
as to how this is going to be dealt with. He also asked will he need to attend court on the
09/08/2018 as he really does not feel up to it. Once again sorry I cannot be in contract with
you.
