• If you do not obey this order you will be guilty
of contempt of court and you may be sent to
prison.
• If you, Mr. Simon Cordell (the Defendant)
disobey this Order you will be guilty of
contempt of Court and you may be sent to
prison or fined or have your asset seized. You
should read this Order carefully and are
advised to consult a solicitor as soon as

Upon hearing Solicitor for the Claimant on
without notice application,
IT IS ORDERED THAT:
• The Defendant. Mr. Simon Cordell permit the
Claimant's employees and contractors access
into 109 Bumcroft Avenue, Enfield, EN3 7JQ
to carry out routine maintenance inspections
and necessary repairs within 48 hours of
written notification.
• The Defendant, Mr. Simon Cordell keep his
dog on a lead in communal areas outside his
property.
• The Defendant, Mr. Simon Cordell be
forbidden (whether by himself or by
instructing or encouraging or permitting any
other person) from engaging or threatening to
engage in conduct that is likely to cause
physical violence and verbal abuse to the
Claimant's employees, tenants and visitors to
the block of flats at Burncroft Avenue,
Enfield.
• The Defendant, Mr. Simon Cordell be
forbidden (whether by himself or by
instructing or encouraging or permitting any
other person) from engaging or threatening to
engage in conduct that is likely to cause
intimidation, harassment, alarm and distress to
the Claimant's employees, tenants and visitors
to the block of flats at Burncroft Avenue,
Enfield.
