I am not saying my son needs are of supported accommodation as I believe in Enfield
               Council teams that means
him being place in accommodation where a person looks after people that are in supported
accommodation and my son would not know this person or have any options. What I am
saying is what I said in court that I would like my son to have a two bedroom
accommodation so that the very supported family he has got can be with him, which the
whole family has agreed to help we are a very close family and we are always there for each
               other when help is needed.
The enclosed Enfield Housing Allocation Scheme only has limited information regarding
management transfer application and I am sure there is a more detailed management
transfer policy within Enfield Council. At this stage we do agree to have the management
transfer application deferred I have spoken to Simon regarding this, we do not want things
rushed and not done correctly with all information, I believe the next panel is on the
               28/09/2018 as you have stated.
I know an appointment has been booked on the 31/08/2018 at 9.30am as yet that is all the
information we have been given as this was told to me to over the phone yesterday, I am
not sure yet who it is with, but we should get a letter regarding this shortly. As stated, I am
dealing with this and at this time need no help due to the ongoing complaint that is being
addressed which goes into many issues. I know you have asked more than once if you can
contract them, at this time we do not agree with this due to issues that are being dealt with
in the complaint and I do not want any more confusion then there already is with data.
               Regards
               Lorraine Cordell

               Dear Mrs Cordell,
I write in response to your email below and further to our telephone conversation held a
few minutes ago. As explained, it is not usual practice for a management transfer
application to be forwarded to the applicant as this is a document which is usually
completed by a housing officer and used internally. So please accept my apologies if you
may have been advised previously that this would be the case. However, we are happy to
discuss its contents with you should you wish to. I enclose a copy of the Enfield Housing
Allocation Scheme, which is used by the exceptions panel before considering a management
               transfer application.
               4129,
I explained to you that if the application goes ahead tomorrow (this was the earliest
exceptions panel meeting), Simon could only be considered for a transfer of property which
is similar to the one he currently occupies (like for like transfer). You explained to me that
you believe that your son requires supported accommodation. You also said that he has
agreed to see a consultant of the Enfield Mental Health Team and was given an
appointment on 31/08/2018 at 9.30am. I have explained that Simon will need to be
assessed by the team in order to be considered for supported accommodation. On that
basis you agreed to have the management transfer application deferred to be considered at
