Threatened to kill his neighbor and 2 children. Mother alerted the police, was picked up
and arrested. Was assessed by the Forensic Medical Examiner and felt he needs to be

Police was called by neighbors and reported that he was knocking continuously on their
door. He was verbally aggressive to the police. Named as alleged perpetrator in SOVA
alert against another service user who lives in the same building.
