Housing and Council Tax Benefit

The Department for Work and Pensions has told me that your Jobseekers
Allowance or Income Support ended on 24th November 2008. As you have
not told me of this change, I have suspended your benefit. If you no longer
wish to claim benefit, please complete the form on the next page,

If you are on a low income, you may still be entitled to some benefit.
Please use the enclosed form to give details of all the capital and savings
held by you and your partner, plus details of all the income you and your
partner have received since 25th November 2008. If you or your partner
have a new job that is expected to last for more than 5 weeks and have been
on Income Support or JSA Income Based continuously for the last 26 weeks
you may be entitled to an extended payment of 4 weeks benefit. Please
ensure that all questions are answered. We cannot pay you any more
benefit until this is received.
