The certificate in the local letter box. Unfortunately, the certificate did not arrive at
its destination, and these events were replicated on at least four occasions.

It can be confirmed that Mr Cordell has not been employed since being
supported by this service, and presently, he has been hospitalised at North
Middlesex Hospital for the last three weeks, receiving treatment for an as yet
undiagnosed stomach ailment.
