We sent you a letter on 12 June 2007 telling you we had suspended your

benefit, and asking for information.

As you have not replied within the time limit, I have terminated your benefit
under Regulation 14(1) of the Housing and Council Tax Benefit (Decisions
and Appeals) Regulations 2001 from 24th April 2007.

If you want to claim benefit again, you must fill in the enclosed form and
return it with the information requested.

We can consider paying benefit from the date your benefit was terminated. If
you want us to do that, then when you return your application form you must
also provide all the information we asked for in our original letter, and tell us
why you did not provide it within the time limit. I enclose a copy of that letter.
