Legal Aid was sent in over two weeks ago as previously advised. If they have not received / processed the form that is outside my
control. Clearly you are not familiar with the workings of the Legal Aid Agency and the frequency with which they lose forms, or the
amount of time I waste on the phone to them making enquiries about legal aid applications previously sent in.
The Crown Court has been advised during a telephone conversation that the appeal would be 2- 3 days as per the length the original
hearing took.
As previously advised Lorraine all other work will be undertaken once legal aid has been granted otherwise, we will not get paid for
any backdated work. I submitted the appeal and that has been lodged. I did not submit a court stamped form so will now have to get
fresh form signed and date stamped and I will only be paid from that date.
Please indicate if Simon can attend my office on Friday 9th October 2015 at 2pm with a full list of any new evidence he wants included
in the appeal hearing.
In the intervening period of time I will get a crm 14 date stamped.

Can you please update us about the legal aid, I have contacted them via email and phone, civil and criminal, they don't have an
application for legal aid for the appeal they have not even been updated there is an appeal going ahead. I spoke today to Debbie Adams
from Criminal, and Civl sent me an email on the 22/09/2015 saying no application has been put in. I was told the turnaround is 2 days
to know f it has been granted Josey this was meant to have been put in weeks ago.
I cannot take no more of this please update me.

I was wondering if you had heard anything from legal aid yet.
Could you please deal with the information below I have asked for over and over again?
Could I please get the case files, since this case started in Sep 2014 so I can see what has been done?
The information about the medical records.
A list of what was given the Magistrates for the trail as Simon never had his own bundle for trail, we don't know what was in fact sent
to the court, we do know there was medical records lists 2 sets but the court did not seem to have these, as there were a lot of things
Given to Michael which we don't know f they were sent.
Could you please forward me the email to Superintendent Adrian Coombs from Essex police that you said you was going to send
weeks ago asking him about the statement.
Forward me the ema l you have sent to the crown court about the appeal updating them to how many days you think the appeal will
take and any person that are being called, I know you will not be able to give them a full list as of yet as we don't yet have the statement
from Superintendent Adrian Coombs and information about the public order unit.
I keep sending emails with lists of things but you only every seem to reply to as little as you can and we never get an update as to what
is being asked this has gone on since this case started Sep 2014, I know Michael was dealing with this case and he left, the trail was a
mess Josey as so much was never done.
Also, did you get the below email of information you asked for, and how we are going to deal with this please?
Please could you take a little time and deal with just some of this.

I got the face book events pages for
12/01/2013 Canary Wharf Simon was taken to the Royal London Hospital I found out the hospital called them they have the records.
