Just say I got information a lot of information to each event they say Simon set up. But Josey you need to under the information
and how it works I am very good at computers and it even took me a little while to work out how these people set these pages up
and what
they are doing with the event pages. So just saying you will print them off is not going to be enough as you are going to have
hundreds of pages that will need tagging. You need to see the information and understand t to be able to lay this out how it will
need laying out for people to understand it. and how I was able to find it which I started when this case started, and have been
saying I had it and the event pages but nothing was done, now some pages have been deleted, but we all know the police can get
them don't we.
I even got events to date that these people are still setting up and the po ice are giving green lights to them which mean the police
are allowing these parties to go ahead. These parties are in fact still going on every week.
Also, Josey the paper works the police served really does need time to go over it there is times that are off so many things that are
wrong here.
The CADs well sorry but the police are trying it on with these they really are and something needs to be done about how they
have blacked so much out. But I need to show you for you to understand. And please tell me why a grid ref would need to be
blacked out?
But there is a lot of work with the police papers that needs to be gone over which was not done for the trial and Josey this will
take time.
That last statement you missed in your email from the office in charge of the case needs to be dealt with also it was too late when
we found out about it the day before the trail, and that being in Val Tanner from the public order unit at Scotland Yard, but I need
to say in a statement what she said to me on the phone as it doesn’t work out with what the police officer said in that statement.
And also, the phone ca l that DS Chapman from the public order unit at Scotland Yard.
The pubic order unit at Scotland Yard know a lot more Josey and they know it and they are allowing Simon to be blamed for this
knowing he never done it that is wrong Josey it really is. was really funny how the office in charge of this case deleted the email
he sent to the public order unit why would he have done this why would he have not taken a statement from Val Tanner?
Simon did do a lot of this with me right from the start when this started but Michael kept saying that does not matter, But Josey
t does matter I did not understand how a civil case worked until the end at trial I did ask but it was not explained to me or Simon.

Legal aid has not come in yet for Crown Court. Once it does, I will notify you. I am at court at present.

Josey, I do not you are busy but there has got to be some point when something will be done on Simon case. I know the cuts are
really bad and it has put many solicitors under a lot of pressure but this is really making me ill with worry, you also know how ill
Simon is he is
really not coping and I don't know what to do any more could you please just take 15 mins to give me a full update on this case
please.
