I have sent a copy of your email of complaint to the barrister and I have asked him to respond in
writing. I have copied Michael Carroll in on the email and Michael is not happy that Simon was upset
at Court today. Michael will be taking action on this but first we have to go through the process of
awaiting the barrister's response and I am hoping to respond to you by tomorrow evening, Wednesday
evening at the latest.
