Please can I have your confirmation that the draft section 9 statement is acceptable asap? If I do not hear back by
11.30 tomorrow I will have to assume it is and sign it off and send out as I will be in meetings and on holday after
that time.

I have been instructed by Mr Simon Paul Cordell and Miss Lorraine Cordell to assist in the appeal
against conviction that is due to be heard at Kingston Upon Thames Crown Court on 5th March 2015
at 10am.
