1. That the Kempe Association Members will voluntarily hand back the management of the hall and this will be confirmed by Friday 20 February

2. The Community Engagement Team work with Kempe Association Members and to establish a Residents Association with an effective governance
structure in place
3. The Community Engagement Team will work with Kempe Association Members to ensure that the hall usage takes into account the local community
4. The Community Engagement Team will take over the management of the bookings, income and repairs to the halls
5. The Community Engagement Team will work in partnership with Kempe Association Members to benefit the community and ensure that the hall income
can cover a large part of the costs for the running of the hall.

If we you are unable to confirm the above by Friday 20 February then we will be left with no option but to proceed to take back the management of this hall as of Monday
