I sent you an email on 9th April requesting an update with the statement and to obtain a copy of an
email from the insurance company. I also requested confirmation regarding the areas of complaint
Simon wishes to be investigated.
To date I have not received a response from you. I need to proceed with the investigation so can I
please ask that you send the completed statement and confirmation of areas of complaint to me no
later than 29th April 2015. If I have not received any further information from you by this date I will
conduct my investigation on the information already available to me.
