Can you please confirm whether this is a civil matter or if it is proceeding at the family court?

department and today I been told to send it to this email.

Could you please confirm via email this is the correct unit to send this section 35 DPA to and that you got the 10
attached documents and if anything else needs to be done and how soon i will be able to get the information.
