Ms Cordell
I apologise for the length of time it has taken to make contact with you regarding your concerns.
I am sure you can understand that finding time in Helen Millichap’s diary can be a challenge, I have however
managed to find sometime for an initial telephone conversation with Ma’am Millichap. I appreciate that you
want to meet with Ma’am and a telephone call may not be exactly what you want. That being said this will
allow Helen to listen to some of your concerns with the hope of being able to progress them.
th
I have provisionally booked 1:30pm on Wednesday 11 July. Is that time convenient and suitable for you.
As previously mentioned if you have any documents or correspondence which would assist Helen, you can
forward these to me and I will make sure she is sighted prior to your meeting.
I have attached the link to the MPS complaints website should you feel you require it.
