I was in turn found not guilty and I can remember the Judge is telling the police officer to wait outside
of the courtroom with the rest of the criminals.
Not too long afterwards I spoke to DVLA and had the points and driving ban redacted. In this time, I
could not travel to the other side of London to visit my partner. I won the case on appeal after the
police officer lied in 2 different courts.
The police complaint went in, and they mishandled incorrectly. When I had to collect the van about
