Nexus Chambers please Also can you give us an update to his case and if the crown or insurance
company have given you any more information or is it the information you sent over is all that the
crown is going to give. And do you still need to see Simon to take the finalise proof of evidence from
him as in the email you sent when you made the conference for him to see his barrister you said you
would like to see him before the date of seeing his barrister.
