the defence make a section 8, application and also an application for Third Party Disclosure. This has
to be made by
16th January 2014
The prosecution must respond by
16th February 2014
If the defence has not yet got provided with disclosure, we need to list the case again after
16th February 2014
The case has now been placed in the warned list for the week commencing the
30th June 2014
I will update you regarding the application to vary bail.

The case was listed in court this morning but unfortunately the application to vary bail was not dealt
with, so I have asked for the case to be listed again on
23rd December 2013.

Disrepair!
The officials case workload relating to mine or any person’s cases with the Enfield Council must be of
actions of staff’s jobs that must mean that they are not Resentful from doing the right things by their
clients, as happens in my caseloads by me being wrongfully perpetrated!

Time Spent Building.
In the background of everything going on I continued working on Creating a new and up to date event
Fire Precautions and Equipment Checklist and Policy and I continued to Study and finish at the Time
Start: 07:00 Am and Time End: 03:30 Pm!
