97/99378V. CORDELL stated he had just
attended the venue to give his friends some food
as they were squatting. The rear of the TRANSIT
VAN contained a set of large speakers and music
equipment, but CORDELL insisted he used the
equipment for festival work and was not setting up
for a 'Rave'. CORDELL produced insurance
documents but due to the day/hour officers were
unable to verify details. CORDELL did not match
the description of the IC1 Male suspects and was
advised to I leave the venue.
Security guards remained at the premises in order
to secure them. Several young males, and females
continued to arrive at the venue dressed in
'suitable evening attire' for a Rave and then
promptly left upon seeing Police.
