                 On Saturday the 19th July 2014 1 was on duty employed
                 as the Duty Officer for Enfield Borough. At about
                 2210hrs a call came in stating that there were about 20
                 persons pulling into an estate and the informant thought
                 they were trying to set up a rave. The crowd were by an
                 empty building called Carpet Right and had actually
                 gained entry to the rear of the premises. I instructed
