                 verbal but otherwise they slowly dispersed on to the trains
                 and left the area.
                 A/lnsp King instructed 2 Police units to remain at the
                 junction of Millmarsh Lane and Mollison Avenue in order
                 to keep revellers away from the location.
                 This incident caused major disruption to the public by
                 temporarily closing Mollison Avenue which is a major
                 artery into North East London. It drew response team
                 officers away from their core business which not only
                 impacted on Enfield Borough but also on surrounding
                 boroughs who had to relinquish resources to assist
                 Enfield.
