Dear Ned Johnson
Thank you for the reply to the freedom of information act I put in. I do however believe there
is a lot of data that has been left out, so maybe I need to clarify the data that is being
requested. To information is regarding Disused or abandoned buildings or any industrial
estates buildings or open-air land. For the dates all of 2013 to date. This would include all
data if there were occupiers/squatters in said building/parties/raves. This would include the
dates these buildings/Disused or abandoned buildings/ or any industrial estates was first
known to the Environment & Street Scene Department.
• All information would cover all wards boundaries for Enfield Council.
• Information is also needed for some areas within the Enfield Council borough.
• Within the area of Pretoria Road N.
• Within the area of A406.
• Within the area of Montagu Road.
• Within the area of Meridian Way.
• Within the area of Ponders End Train Station.
• Within the area of Woodall Road.
• Within the area of Wharf Road.
• Within the area of Millmarsh Lane.
• Within the area of A10 Great Cambridge Road.
• Within the area of Crown Road.
• Within the area of Southbury Road.
The information would cover if police were in attendance, if calls were made to the
Environment & Street Scene
Department by police, and any police officer information that the Environment & Street
Scene Department holds about any police officer. This information would also include any
calls that were made from the Environment & Street Scene Department to police in relation
to any Disused or abandoned buildings or any industrial estates buildings or open-air land
that the Environment & Street Scene Department felt could have a problem with. There is
also an issue with the information in your email
