On 27th September 2016, it is alleged that the Defendant confronted one of his
neighbours as he returned to his flat with his family, threatened, swore at him, and
demanded money from him. It is also alleged that the Defendant later banged on his door,
shouted further abuse, and swear words at him and accused him of making noise inside
his flat.
