MAA. MAA bothering Simon and his family in quiet room. Not fully compliant with

He was in his bed area at the start of the night shift. During checks he was observed at
times pacing about in his room or talking to one on his phone. He had night snack and hot
drink and soon went to his bed area. He is not on prescribed night

held at St Ann’s Hospital, my mother and uncle was present, Alan was once again also
present, the woman who came to my flat, so to gain entry with a wrongfully, filled out section
135, under the mental health act, I explained to all present when I first noticed this at the start
of the meeting, what I explained was that it was unprofessional for her also to be present, the
reason I gave, was: she will be bias towards my case, as at that point in time I realized, she
was attempting to handle my case file and with this being even low, she herself, understood
that I had an official complaint in progress against her person, and other members of her
fellow work colleagues, also I would like to further the facts that as I done this, she accepted
