Simon has been showing some improvement in his mental state. Polite on approached.
Observed socializing with fellow service users. Mum was on the ward to visit. Ordered a
takeaway meal during the shift and shared with fellow service users. Was concordant with
his prescribed medication. Appears asleep from midnight.
