Home visit at 19.00 hrs, front door locked, unable to get in.
He did not answer his mobile.
Prior to visit, I rang him, and he said he wanted to see a doctor about his medications and was
not expecting a nurse.
He said he told the nurse who last visited and was promised that his request would be looked
into.
He sounded annoyed and questioned the purpose of me visiting. I have explained that I will
make a request for a medical review for 07/09/16.
