Home visit carried out this morning following T/C. No significant change from his
previous presentation.
Reported he is not mentally sick, and he has not been taken any medication. He said when
he was on the ward, he hides it underneath his tongue and pretends taken it. He said he
appreciates HTT efforts, but we are not supporting him in the way he wants. When asked
