return, the police again arrested my
son for criminal damage due to
something his neighbour said who
lives above him, but he had not
been out of his home he was in fact
in the bath when the police came to
his home.
Both cases for the 14/08/2016 and
the 04/10/2016 were dropped by
the CPS this was done on
the 15/11/2016 with no case to
answer towards my son, yet my son
was victimised and had false
accusations put against his name
and arrested.
My son is scared to go home due to
what the neighbours are doing and
saying and putting false allegations
into the police, it seems they really
don’t want him to live there and
will do anything they can to get
him out.
