1. I’m the tenant of Flat 113 Burncroft Avenue,
Enfield, EN3 7JQ. My flat is located the next
floor above the Defendant’s. I have lived at
this property since the 2nd May 2016.

2. I make this Witness Statement in support
of the Claimant’s application for an injunction to
stop the Defendant from causing intimidation,
harassment to me and other residents.
BACKGROUND
3. The problems that I have encountered with
this tenant have been a regular occurrence since
the commencement of my tenancy. The Defendant
would come to my flat three or four times a week,
on occasion this would occur more frequently
whereby he would extend this harassment to not
only myself but to my visitors also often following
them as they would leave the building. He would
often play loud music after which he would
become very argumentative and bang on my door
