person that is working with my local MP

Please supply the information about me I am entitled to under the Data Protection Act 1998
relating to:
• All data that is held at Enfield Council all departments, on all systems and any files about
me.
• All audio call files that Enfield Council when Mr Simon Cordell has called or my mother
Miss Lorraine Cordell and spoke to anyone. This would include any times the police have
called Enfield Council about Mr Simon Cordell.
• Any Reports of any complaints about Mr Simon Cordell made by any person this would
include
neighbours, I do understand that due to data protection laws the name and address of the
person would need redaction.
• All police reports submitted to Enfield Council all departments about Mr Simon Cordell.
- All repair requests held.
- Any data held about Mr Simon Cordell from Enfield Council ASB Response Team.
This would include the reports for the ASBO application the police had with Enfield
Council and any minutes held in any meeting about Mr Simon Cordell when the Met
Police were applying for the ASBO application.
