tampering with his water supply and stopping the water. He stated that he tried to explain to
him that there may be a problem with the water supply to the whole block as they also have
the same problem with their water supply but Mr. Cordell will ·not listen and continued. to
accuse them of tampering with his water supply. He and his-wife told him to please go away
and leave them alone but he continued to swear and shout abuse at them. They then walked
away.
