I am accused of going outside and speaking to the home owner of 117 Burncroft Ave,
when I did not / John Irving / A Fabricated Statement / Council History! He lied and tried
to con his way into my home without me ever speaking to him before hand or seeing him,
he came to my front door alone and said that he was a plumber for the council and wanted
access to my premises I asked to see his ID but he never had any neither did he have a
tool bag, so I called the Enfield Councils Repairs team and asked why they had sent a
person to my home so late and without any prior warning as of notification, they
explained that this was not non there computer so to call in the morning again when the
complete computer systems are turned back on I did this and got told that it was an
impersonator as noted on the 08/02/2017!
