Dear Ms Cordell,
The allegations are from at least three residents of Burncroft Avenue. They have alleged that
he is coming up to their front door to shout abuse and threats and they have provided
evidence to back up their allegations. Some of them have also alleged that he has confronted
them outside the block and on different occasion have followed them up the communal
staircase shouting abuse and threats and on at least one occasion have tried to prevent them
from going up to their flat. They have also provided evidence to back up the allegations. I am
aware that some of these incidents have been reported to the police and it is up to the police
