to be true and understand that it may be placed
before court.
Insofar as the content of this witness statement is
within my own personal knowledge it is true and
insofar as it is not within my personal knowledge
it is true to the best of my knowledge.

3. I’m the tenant of Flat 113 Burncroft Avenue,
Enfield, EN3 7JQ. My flat is located the next
floor above the Defendant’s. I have lived at
this property since the 2nd May 2016.
